Here’s what we are looking for from the right person to fill this position: Responsibilities: • Fully understand our company’s message, brand voice and target audience to create videos tailored to them • Create high-quality, engaging videos that showcase our brand message • Collaborate with CEO, product manager, and social media manger to exceed their video expectations • Proofread and edit text within videos as needed • Use a variety of video styles to maximize their reach • Source topical stock image and video content • Take creative direction to improve the video's performance based on data • Complete edits in a timely manner [and possibly post them to social platforms with copy provided once approved] Qualifications: • 5+ years experience in social media video editing • 2+ years experience with TikTok video creation • Knowledge of social media content strategies and creation • Excellent editing and proofreading skills • Detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills • High speed internet connection • Proficient in video editing and social media applications
