Head of Growth – Scalable Lead Generation & Revenue Growth

We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead our efforts in brand awareness, lead generation, and partner acquisition. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing both the Marketing team and the Sales team, ensuring alignment between the two to drive revenue. You will own growth strategy, execution, and team development, ensuring we attract and converts the right leads while expanding our partnership ecosystem. As a part-time, contract role (approximately 15-20 hours per week to start) we are seeking someone who can prioritize high-impact activities, streamline lead generation, and build scalable growth strategies. This role has potential to scale as we refine workload and strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Team Growth Oversee and manage the Social Media & Content Manager and the Sales Rep, ensuring alignment and collaboration. Develop, hire, and mentor a high-performing growth team focused on lead generation and brand expansion. Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for marketing, social, and sales functions. Own and execute the growth roadmap, ensuring all efforts contribute to company revenue goals. 2. Lead Generation & Brand Awareness Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy that includes inbound and outbound marketing. Optimize the Mentorship Marketing Funnel, driving customer acquisition and engagement. Own lead pipeline, ensuring consistent flow of qualified prospects. Implement data-driven decision-making, continuously analyzing and optimizing campaign performance. 3. Partnership Recruitment & Expansion Identify, engage, and secure strategic partners to fuel growth. Build a repeatable partner acquisition process, ensuring scalability. Work closely with sales and marketing to create compelling partner outreach strategies. 4. Cross-Department Collaboration Work with leadership to align growth initiatives with business goals. Collaborate with sales to create an efficient lead handoff process. Ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts for consistent messaging and results. Ideal Candidate: -Proven experience in growth marketing, sales leadership, and business development. -Experience managing marketing and sales teams, with a track record of hiring and developing talent. -Strong understanding of demand generation, marketing automation, and conversion funnels. -Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, reporting, and performance tracking. -Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
