At WithAll, our mission is to prevent eating disorders and support recovery. We’re seeking a proactive, creative, and organized Marketing & Administrative Assistant to help elevate our marketing efforts and streamline internal processes. This part-time role offers opportunities to expand your responsibilities and grow alongside our team as you demonstrate your skills. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Content Calendar Management: • Oversee and update the monthly content calendar in ClickUp, ensuring that all content is created, approved, and published on schedule. • Marketing & Fundraising Material Development: • Create eye-catching marketing materials using Canva, or coordinate with external designers to produce social posts, reports, proposals, emails, e-books, and more. • Social Media Oversight: • Post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. • Monitor and interact with our online community to drive engagement and support users. • Email & Newsletter Coordination: • Design and send a monthly newsletter, plus additional email communications as directed, using MailChimp. • Website & Blog Maintenance: • Update website copy and post regular blog entries that reflect our mission and resonate with our audience. • Digital Analytics Reporting: • Pull and analyze digital performance metrics, record findings on the WithAll scorecard weekly, and present quarterly updates to the management team. • Outreach & Partnership Development: • Conduct outreach to other organizations to identify and secure partnership opportunities, and project manage these collaborations to ensure that both parties meet their strategic goals. • User Engagement & Impact Measurement: • Contact program users to gather impactful data for storytelling and continuous program improvement. • Process Documentation & Optimization: • Document current workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency. • Team Collaboration: • Provide support to the Associate Director and marketing team, contributing to various projects as needed. ________________________________________ Skills and Experience • Mission-Driven: • A deep passion for WithAll’s mission to prevent eating disorders and support recovery. • Self-Starter Attitude: • Proven ability to take initiative, manage projects independently, and achieve goals efficiently. • Organizational Expertise: • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a strong ability to plan, track, and execute tasks effectively. • Digital Marketing Experience: • A background in digital marketing, with experience leveraging online channels to expand program reach. • Strong Communication: • Exceptional writing skills and experience crafting content tailored for digital platforms. • Technical Proficiency: • Comfortable using tools such as Canva, MailChimp, ClickUp, PhotoShop, WordPress, video editing, various social media platforms, Meta and LinkedIn advertising, Google Ad Grants, Google Analytics, and Salesforce is a plus. • Quick Learner & Problem Solver: • Adaptability to learn new tools swiftly and resolve challenges in a dynamic environment. ________________________________________ Opportunity for Growth: Begin with a 10-hour workweek and expand your role as you demonstrate competency and contribute to our mission.
