We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Senior Manager to lead our creator affiliate onboarding, negotiations, and relationship management. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of e-commerce, TikTok Shop, and influencer marketing, who can identify high-performing creators and structure profitable deals. You will play a key role in expanding our high-earning affiliate network, which already includes multiple $10K+ commission affiliates and a six-figure commission affiliate. Your job is to find, onboard, and nurture creator partnerships that drive substantial revenue growth. Creator affiliates are the priority vs traditional paid ads affiliates. If you have experience in the traditional affiliate model thats even better! Key Responsibilities: Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding: - Identify top-tier creators who align with our brand and audience. - Negotiate and structure deals that are both profitable for the company and motivating for the creator. Negotiation & Deal Structuring: - Leverage different compensation models, including: - Retainers for consistent content production. - Bonuses tied to performance milestones. - Commissions to drive long-term affiliate success. - Know when and how to pull each lever to maximize profitability and creator engagement. Affiliate Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing affiliates. - Optimize ROI-positive retainers and ensure creators remain motivated. Affiliate Outreach & Funnel Growth: - Develop manual and automated outreach strategies to continuously bring in high-potential affiliates. - Create and maintain targeted outreach lists to maximize recruitment efforts.
