Fix Meta Ad Campaign Problem

This would be a 1 time opportunity. My meta ads (run only on instagram) have not been reaching my target demographic. I am a chiropractor that target markets bartenders/hairstylists and aestheticians near me. I have tried marketing specifically to this demographic with advantage + audience on and off. I have tried marketing to the general public of my area with and without advantage + audience on. It worked extremely well for over a year, but recently the only followers/engagement I have been getting are from gang members, high school students, and hispanic people that do not speak english. I have tried running the ads through ads manager, through my phone, through the adsd button on the back end of meta and they have all produced similar results. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but would love to hop on a call with someone who could help with the technical aspect of meta business suite to uncover what is wrong with my ads. Thanks!!
