The People + Culture Method, founded by Keesha Jean-Baptiste, offers individualized coaching solutions, workplace culture consulting, masterclasses, and teaches a certification program. We are looking for a reliable VA who is obsessed with detail, loves to organize, and can bring order to processes by writing SOPs, Standard Operating Procedures. This person will own the operational elements of the offerings and client materials like invoicing, manage the company inbox, send email follow-ups, cohost Zoom sessions (i.e., slides, music, breakout groups, interactive tools), organize pre- and post-course emails, help with outbound prospecting, manage Calendly, the company calendar of events, and social media posts. The most immediate need is for the VA to cohost the Compassionate Leadership Certification Program, which starts this Thursday, March 13, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The VA must be available for all classes, which run for eight weeks and end on May 1. The VA's hours on Thursday are from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. EST. The Zoom room will be produced entirely by the VA, who will play musical selections, cue videos, use interactive tools, and manage the breakout rooms. The VA will have a company email address and be expected to engage with your video during sessions. Other job responsibilities for the CLCP program include managing the Google site, uploading the program resources, and being the point-of-contact for the cohort. The founder is highly energetic and infatuated with what makes workplaces healthy and positive. Her goal is to set her clients and program participants up to excel. The masterclass runs every Wednesday in May – May 7, 14, 21, and 28—from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST. These responsibilities will build over time, depending on performance, chemistry and the founder’s workload. What do you think?
