Job Type: Freelance / Ongoing About Me I am a top-producing real estate agent specializing in high-end properties in the greater Seattle area. I am looking for a skilled videographer to create compelling video content for my listings, property tours, and neighborhood highlights. These videos will be used by my social media marketing manager to enhance my digital presence and attract buyers and sellers. What I Need I am seeking a videographer who can: Film high-quality real estate videos for listings, community profiles, and home tours. Capture drone footage (preferred but not required) for aerial shots of properties and surrounding areas. Edit videos into polished, engaging content (with branding, captions, and music). Provide different formats & lengths, including short-form reels (15-60 seconds) and longer tours (2-5 minutes). Collaborate on a recurring basis, as I have ongoing video needs throughout the year. Ideal Candidate Experience in real estate videography or similar industries. Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Ability to work with natural lighting and audio to ensure professional-quality videos. Strong storytelling skills to showcase homes in an engaging and visually appealing way. Fast turnaround time and ability to meet deadlines. Access to a gimbal/stabilizer, drone (preferred), and high-quality camera gear. Deliverables High-quality listing videos (ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes). Neighborhood feature videos (showcasing community amenities, parks, dining, and local hotspots). Agent-led property tour videos, where I walk through homes and highlight key selling points. Short-form videos optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Compensation Open to project-based or hourly rates. Pricing will depend on experience, equipment, and turnaround time. This could lead to a long-term relationship if we are a good fit.
