About Us: We are a fast-growing supplement brand and manufacturer currently generating $200-250K in monthly revenue on TikTok Shop. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly strategic and experienced TikTok Shop Manager Specialist to lead and oversee our TikTok Shop operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of TikTok’s advertising ecosystem, platform policies, and organic growth strategies—and can manage a team while driving high-level strategy and execution. Role Overview: The TikTok Shop Manager Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end management of our TikTok Shop, overseeing product listings, optimizations, and advertising strategies. This role is more strategic in nature but will still require direct involvement in execution, ensuring that all initiatives are properly implemented. Additionally, this person will lead two or more assistants who will support daily operations, campaign execution, and influencer partnerships. While these team members handle executional tasks, the TikTok Shop Manager Specialist will focus on developing high-level strategy, ensuring that all efforts are aligned, data-driven, and optimized for maximum revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: TikTok Shop Operations & Catalog Management: Oversee and strategically manage the entire TikTok Shop catalog, including product listings, descriptions, and ongoing optimizations. Ensure all products meet TikTok’s compliance standards and policies. Supervise assistants who handle daily shop operations, ensuring smooth execution and high-performance shop maintenance. Ad Strategy & Campaign Execution: Develop and oversee comprehensive advertising strategies, utilizing all available TikTok ad formats (e.g., Spark Ads, In-Feed Ads, Branded Effects). Direct and refine high-level campaign strategy, while assistants manage daily ad execution and reporting. Analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to improve engagement and conversion rates. Design and oversee promotional initiatives such as product bundles, flash sales, and multi-pack offers. Affiliate & Live Shopping Partnership Development: Lead the strategy for identifying and partnering with TikTok affiliates and influencers to maximize reach and conversion rates. Work with assistants to coordinate outreach, negotiations, and logistics for live shopping events. Oversee and optimize influencer and affiliate relationships, ensuring consistent high-quality content and strong ROI. Organic Growth & Content Strategy: Develop and implement a high-level content strategy for organic growth on TikTok. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that content is engaging, trend-aligned, and conversion-focused. Stay on top of platform trends and best practices to continuously refine and innovate content approaches. Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and oversee two or more assistants responsible for day-to-day execution. Act as the primary decision-maker while ensuring seamless collaboration with marketing, creative, and product teams. Maintain detailed records of campaigns, influencer collaborations, and performance metrics for strategic evaluation. Present reports and insights to management, making recommendations for scaling and optimization. Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Stay updated on TikTok’s evolving features, ad formats, and industry trends. Identify new opportunities for product launches, process improvements, and emerging TikTok strategies. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications: Experience & Expertise: Minimum 2+ years in social media marketing, digital advertising, or e-commerce, with proven experience managing TikTok ad campaigns and shop operations. Demonstrated success in scaling both paid and organic TikTok strategies. Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement space is a plus but not required. Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Expertise in TikTok’s advertising tools, analytics, and shop management systems. Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
