The Content Queens are looking for a 1099 freelance (aka consultant/contractor) Account Manager. Our Account Managers are the liaison between The Content Queens and our clients. Account managers oversee the agency-client relationship, determining clients' needs—what they're looking to achieve short-term and long-term—and ensuring the agency, as a whole, delivers. Account managers create monthly calendars by providing captions, hashtags and necessary links per client account. Company Introduction We are an online digital marketing agency, run, and fully employed by talented Women. We are all 1099 freelancers with strong portfolios and a wide range of experience. Many times people say “Content is King”- but we believe content is Queen. Each member of our team is talented, unique, and the epitome of excellence. Objectives: An account manager should be a proactive self-starter who understands copywriting, copyediting, social media, and the digital stratosphere as a whole. Responsibilities: As an Account Manager your SOW includes: Creating monthly social media captions, per client assigned to you - The amount of captions per week per client depends on the contract we have with the client. Examples of our tiers are as follows: 2-3 posts a week, 4-5, or 6-7– all of these numbers are in reference to the amount of posts per week allotted. Editing monthly social media captions based on feedback. Scheduling monthly content calendars in bulk when we have explicit approval from clients to do so. Sending the monthly content calendars to your board buddy, the designer assigned to these accounts with you, who will create imagery based on each caption you create. Completing quality control checklists at the time of submission and at the time of scheduling to ensure there are no grammatical errors, typos, or punctuation issues.
