Influencer Outreach & Recruitment Contractor Remote | Contract Position Hourly. Set your own schedule. Work up to 5 hours x week. $20 hour. We are looking for a social media ninja and proactive contractor to lead our influencer outreach and recruitment efforts across multiple social media networks and platforms. This role is critical in expanding our network of influencers in our active markets and niches. This is not a campaign or fulfillment role. This is pure outreach and recruitment. Responsibilities: • Influencer Acquisition & Recruitment – Source, vet, and onboard new influencers using our platform leveraging our organic social media engagement, organic content, creative engagement strategies, tap into pod communities, and use of social ads to recruit in our active markets where we are sourcing influencers. We also have our influencer coordinators adding potential influencers to our opportunity roster which will be transferred to you for outreach. • Community Nourishment – Maintain relationships by sharing key information, memes, keeping influencers informed, and fostering engagement within the community. Ideal Candidate: • Strong experience in social media engagement as a vehicle for mass communications, yet strong content and writing skills to be targeted for our markets. • Excellent communication skills and ability to nurture relationships with influencers within our community. • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple recruitment initiatives. This is a contractor role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives in an independent work environment. Your success will be measured by the number of influencers that opt-in to our community via our proprietary CRM. KPI’s and goals will be set upon starting our relationship.
