We are looking for a highly skilled SaaS Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies, Lean & Six Sigma, and practical team management within SaaS environments. The ideal candidate has successfully led large-scale SaaS projects, optimized development workflows, and driven operational efficiency in cloud-based platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in managing Agile SaaS teams, improving project delivery pipelines, and ensuring seamless collaboration across distributed teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SaaS project management, ensuring Agile best practices are followed. Drive Lean & Six Sigma process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Optimize Agile team workflows, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery. Oversee cross-functional SaaS teams (developers, DevOps, QA) to ensure timely and high-quality releases. Implement metrics-driven project tracking, utilizing JIRA, Power BI, or similar tools. Enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation to streamline software deployment. Manage stakeholder communication, aligning product, engineering, and operations teams on business goals. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of hands-on SaaS project management experience with a strong Agile & Lean background. Proven success in leading large-scale SaaS projects ($10M+ budgets) with multiple teams. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) or equivalent (preferred). Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and practical implementation in SaaS environments. Strong understanding of DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SaaS operations. Experience with IT automation, CI/CD pipelines, and process optimization. Skilled in data-driven decision-making, using analytics tools like Power BI, JIRA, or Minitab. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing distributed teams.
