We are seeking a part-time data entry assistant with a keen eye for attention to detail. This position will be 100% remote. Hours are 2 hours each morning entering projects into our database. Required Qualifications: Experience Word, Excel, Google Drive, Windows environment Attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communicator Independent problem solver Work independently with minimal supervision Organized Maintain client confidentiality Focused Self-motivated Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously Work well in a high - volume environment Demonstrate professionalism and trustworthiness Creative Confident Good attitude Experience with MS Office, Asana, and similar project management tools Must Haves: High speed internet Own laptop or computer with functioning webcam and microphone Cell phone Duties and Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects and priorities Data entry About Us: A nationwide engineering firm with a strong team of motivated individuals.
