Seeking Experienced Fractional CTO (AI & Startup expertise is a must) We are looking for a Fractional CTO to join our team and provide strategic technology leadership to our innovative tech startups. - Partner with founders and executive teams to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business goals. - Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions to enhance product offerings. - Oversee the entire tech stack, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. - Provide technical guidance on product development, architecture, and engineering best practices. - Mentor and manage technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Identify and implement new technologies to maintain a competitive edge. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps. - Support fundraising efforts by providing technical insights and preparing technical documentation for investors. Requirements: - Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technical leadership role within tech startups. - Extensive expertise in AI, including machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics. - Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and its unique technological challenges. - Demonstrated success in building and scaling technology solutions from early-stage to growth-phase. - Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term technology planning and innovation. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges. - Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. - Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the dynamic needs of various startups.
