Job Opportunity: Licensed Tax Professional, Bookkeeping, and Advisor We are seeking a Licensed Tax Professional with expertise in business taxes, bookkeeping, trusts, and tax strategy to join our growing company. This is a long-term position . You will be a key part of our team, ensuring financial accuracy and providing valuable advice to optimize our tax strategy and financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file business taxes Manage bookkeeping for the business using QuickBooks Assist with trust management and related financial matters Advise on tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings Catch up on bookkeeping and reconcile accounts for the year 2025 Ensure compliance with all state and federal tax regulations Utilize ADP Qualifications: Must be a licensed tax professional (CPA, EA, or similar credentials) Experience with QuickBooks and ADP is required In-depth knowledge of business tax laws and strategies Proven experience in tax planning, bookkeeping, and trust management Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Long-term opportunity with a growing business If you're passionate about helping businesses succeed through effective financial management and tax strategies, we'd love to hear from you!
