I am making a computer game about dry firing guns. In order to increase traffic to the website, I'm looking to hire a guest blogger. 1. Write a 250-500 word count blog post once a week. If you can't write that often, it is OK as long as we can agree on some regular basis. 2. Longer blog posts are OK but will be split among each week. 3. You can choose your own topics. However, each topic should add someone new or interesting to the discussion. Especially if it is a topic already widely covered elsewhere. "The 3 shooting stances" would not be a good topic, but "The 3 shooting stances and here is why you only need one of them" is a good topic as long as you write a good defense of what you say. 4. You will be credited for your posts. You can write under a handle of your own choosing. If you want to link to your own website or business regarding firearms, it is OK to include a one sentence referral at the end of your posts. 5. You will be paid a rate we can both agree is fair. You will be paid as a contractor, not an employee. Either of us can terminate the agreement without notice. 6. All content authors are each responsible for their content. For example, if one of us writes a blog post "How to pocket carry without a holster" and a reader does that and gets hurt as a result, only the author of that particular article is responsible. 7. For the first few months while we get to know each other, please get prior approval on topics before writing them. 8. You should be sufficiently capable as a writer that readers will not find obvious misspellings, poor sentence structure, and so on. 9. You own your own posts, meaning you can take them and also post them elsewhere if you'd like to. However, I am paying for permanent rights to you posts, so if we decide to stop working together in the future I can still publish your posts I have paid for. 10. Except when quoting as part of fair use, you must write all content yourself. AI generated content will not be accepted. 11. Topics will be in English, and you must be fluent in that language. 12. You must be pro-gun and pro-second amendment. Each party to this agreement shall indemnify, defend, protect, hold harmless, and release the other, its officers, agents, and employees, from and against any and all claims, loss, proceedings, damages, causes of action, liability, costs, or expense, including attorneys’ fees and witness fees, arising from, or in connection with, or caused by, any act, failure to act, or negligence of such indemnifying party, to the extent limited in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. This indemnification shall not be limited in any way, by any limitation on the amount or type of damages or compensation payable to, or for, the indemnifying party under workers’ compensation, disability benefits, or other employee benefit acts.”
