We’re looking for a Mobile App Manager who’s not just a Flutter expert—but a technical leader and collaborator. You’ll aid & assist our mobile app development efforts while coordinating closely with our offshore engineering team, with on-shore data science leads, and product designers. You’ll also work cross-functionally with leadership on timelines, product features, and rollout strategies. You’ll be instrumental in scaling a high-impact sports product with big vision and fast-paced goals. Responsibilities: Lead and manage offshore mobile development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Own Flutter app architecture and feature rollouts across iOS and Android. Work alongside team leads in data science, product, and design to bring predictive analytics tools to life. Build and maintain CI/CD workflows with Docker and AWS (Amplify, Lambda, Cognito, etc.). Oversee mobile security, performance tuning, and smooth deployment practices. Advocate for code quality, testing, documentation, and cross-functional alignment. Provide project planning support, lead sprint reviews, and proactively flag roadblocks or technical tradeoffs.
