Social Media Content Manager – Repurpose Long-Form YouTube Videos Into Short-Form Clips

We’re looking for a long-term partner to help us turn our existing YouTube videos into high-performing short-form content for social platforms—and manage the entire posting process. Scope of Work: Take our backlog of long-form YouTube videos and: -Extract engaging moments and clips -Edit them into short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) -Add captions, punchy intros, zooms, etc. -Format posts for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and TikTok (we’ll create the TikTok account for you to manage) -Post directly to our accounts on each platform For all future YouTube videos: -Wait for our notification when a new video is published -Handle everything from clipping to publishing across all platforms -Maintain consistent, high-quality output week-to-week Requirements: -Proven experience doing this for other brands (examples required) -Fluent in English (US-based preferred) -Comfortable logging into our social media accounts and posting content directly -Highly organized and proactive—we want this to be as hands-off as possible -Deep understanding of what works on each platform (format, tone, trends, timing, etc.) Budget: $1,000–$3,000/month depending on experience, output, and ability to run this with minimal involvement from us What We're Looking For: -Someone creative, strategic, and self-managed -Not just an editor—you understand distribution and attention -Long-term mindset—we want this to scale over time To Apply: -Share examples of brands you currently (or recently) do this for -Briefly explain your process and what makes your approach effective -Confirm your availability for a long-term commitment We’re excited to find the right partner and build something great together!
