We’re looking for a CPA-level finance professional to join us on a part-time, ongoing basis to help manage financial oversight across a small group of related entities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks, multi-entity structures, and K-1 income, and be comfortable working independently while providing light oversight to our internal bookkeeper. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly cash flow reports, performing month-end reconciliations, reviewing distribution income, and managing quarterly cost allocations for a shared asset. At year-end, you'll prepare financial records to be CPA-ready and coordinate with our external tax firm. Experience handling K-1s and basic tax prep support is a must. We’re well organized and communicate clearly. You’ll have a monthly check-in with the business owner or as needed basis and otherwise work independently with access to the team as needed. We value professionals who are proactive, efficient, and detail-oriented. Communication is typically via email, Teams, and shared cloud files.
