Organized, detail-oriented AutoCAD drafter to execute client-approved layouts /floorplans and interior/exterior elevations for a custom home builder. This is by project at the moment. Most of our homes are in the 4k sf range. The ideal candidate would charge by the square foot (under roof). This is remote work conducted via email and video calls, so verbal skills and efficient/effective communication skills are essential. Our current workload is outpacing our local talent pool's availability/capabilities. We do the heavy lifting creatively with clients so that once we enter CAD mode, we're finalizing and executing concepts (ie, keeping client revisions to a minimum). Once they hit their iteration limit, we charge hourly. We have a very streamlined operation. The candidate would work closely with the firm's architectural designer (with occasional input from the builder). We are a fun, flexible team and take a lot of pride in creating beautiful homes for our clients.
