Looking for an impact-driven support pro who thrives behind the scenes and loves helping grow digital businesses that make a real difference. I'm a trainer, coach and speaker serving subcontractors and leaders in the construction industry. My business is rooted in integrity, service, connection and real transformation. I’m expanding into digital products, online trainings, and scalable offers to serve more people with tools they often don’t have access to. I’m a visionary and an expert in my field. I excel at teaching, coaching, connecting, and creating content. I’m not an expert in tech, systems, the digital world or managing all the moving parts behind the scenes of an online business. I'm looking for someone who is—someone who not only knows online business but can keep things organized, get things done, and help turn ideas into real things that help people. The vision is to build an awesome training and education company for subcontractors. If you love and are skilled at doing the behind the scenes work for online business AND you have a heart to serve, support and help others, we might be a great fit. This Role Includes: - Repurposing existing content (video, transcripts, workshops) into blog posts, emails, social content, and lead magnets - Formatting and scheduling weekly blog + newsletter - Managing a content calendar and coordinating launches and content themes - Building lead magnets and basic funnels in ConvertKit - Managing projects using a project management tool (teaching me a system you love!) - Editing simple reels (you’ll receive raw footage and use a tool like Descript) - Basic updating of pages on Squarespace - Providing thoughtful and timely customer service and follow-ups - Helping prep trainings, reschedule sessions, and organize assets - Supporting general admin and back-end tasks as needed *You’ll be responsible for making sure things get done—whether that means handling the task yourself or identifying a smart, efficient way to get it done (outsourcing, batching, using a tool, etc.). I’m open to support solutions, but you’ll own the outcome. **This role may also include occasional executive or personal assistant tasks—like researching tools or vendors, sending gifts, booking travel, or helping with home-life logistics during busy seasons. It’s important that you’re someone who takes initiative and enjoys being genuinely helpful. You Might Be a Great Fit If You… - Love getting things done, organizing chaos, and managing details without needing to be micromanaged - Have real experience supporting digital business owners, course creators, or content-driven brands - Take pride in your follow-through and your ability to “own your lane” - Have an eye for clarity, flow, and consistency in marketing content (emails, social, blogs) - Care about people—the customers we serve and the team you’re supporting - Can communicate clearly, hit deadlines, and bring positive energy to the work - Are passionate about excellence, service, and helping small businesses grow in meaningful ways This Is Not the Role For You If… - You’re looking for pure strategy work or a purely creative position - You aren’t confident managing digital tools or scheduling systems - You’re still learning the basics of ConvertKit, Squarespace, or project coordination - You get overwhelmed easily or struggle to follow through on open loops - You’re not excited about the mission or ready to dive in with energy and ownership ⚠️ Heads up: This is not a plug-and-play role. There are currently no formal systems or SOPs in place—we’re building as we go. If you love bringing structure to great ideas and don’t mind a little creative chaos, you’ll thrive here. Important: How to Apply To make sure this role is a fit and that you’ve read the full post, please send the following in your response: 1. A short intro sharing who you are and why this role feels aligned with your experience and goals. 2. 1–2 examples of past work you’ve done that feels similar (repurposed content, lead magnet, email sequence, etc.) 3. Your favorite project management or content scheduling tool—and why you like it 4. Your current availability (hours/week) and your ideal hourly rate 5. 2–3 references (past clients or employers I can contact) ⚠️ Applications that don’t include these 5 things won’t be considered. I want this to be a role that’s fulfilling, energizing, and aligned—for both of us. If this role sounds amazing to you - I would LOVE to hear from you!
