Job Description: I’m launching a residential-style content studio and micro-event space in Houston, TX, and I’m looking for a creative, experienced interior designer or stylist who can help bring the vision to life through digital mockups, shoppable design boards, and quarterly refreshes. This space will serve as a content creation hub for influencers, photographers, and small business owners, so every room must be photo-ready and styled for modern, neutral aesthetics. Scope of Work: Phase 1: Initial Design Style and digitally design a 3-bedroom home (approx. 1,300–1,500 sq ft) Provide visual mockups (can be 3D renders, mood boards, or styled photo references) Create a full shopping list with links for furniture, decor, props, and lighting Incorporate flexible, modular elements for photo shoots and micro-events Phase 2: Ongoing Styling Support Provide seasonal/quarterly refreshes of decor and props (light redesigns) Suggest updated shoppable links to rotate key pieces (e.g., pillows, vases, backdrops) Optional: Collaborate on marketing visuals and layout tweaks based on trends Ideal Experience: Interior designer, home stylist, or set designer with experience in content studios, Airbnbs, or photo-ready spaces Strong digital rendering or mood board creation skills Ability to source stylish yet budget-friendly decor Bonus: Familiarity with Houston trends or Peerspace/Giggster-style listings
