We are looking for a Solutions Specialist to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a Customer Success or Executive Assistant Background. This is not a traditional Sales Rep or Account Manager role. Instead of cold calling or high-volume outreach, your job is to connect with pre-selected businesses and decision-makers and guide them through a conversation where we offer capital-backed technology support through Goldfish and our cloud/tech partners. You’ll act as the first point of contact with leads we identify and route to you—your conversations will focus on their technology goals and introduce the opportunity for strategic investment support and partnership.
