Who We’re Looking For: Deep knowledge of behavioral health, including licensing, payers, and clinical frameworks like ASAM, LOCUS, and McMillan (MCG), Interqual. Strong understanding of how to read, interpret, and cross-reference payer manuals, state regulations, and Medicaid bulletins. Comfortable picking up the phone to call state agencies or payers to verify ambiguous points if needed. Exceptional attention to detail and love for accurate documentation. Skilled in Excel and tracking structured data. U.S. only – must be familiar with U.S. healthcare systems and regulations.
