Additional context will be provided after selecting a candidate Introduction We are seeking proposals from a qualified web designer to redesign the website for a new initiative within our organization. The existing website requires an overhaul to reflect a strategic shift and expanded mission. Our goal is to create a user-friendly, visually appealing, and mobile-responsive website that effectively communicates the concepts and key information surrounding this new initiative under development. About Us We are a project development and technical advisory firm specializing in providing technical support and consulting services for climate initiatives. We directly contribute to climate actions by helping project proponents—from NGOs, to governments, to private sector partners—develop and manage projects under internationally recognized standards in our sector. Our new initiative is intended to facilitate increased participation of projects in our field. To facilitate this, we are developing a web-based platform (“Product”) to support participants’ inclusion. This new website design should act as the informational brochure and hub of the new initiatives and Product, with a goal of drawing stakeholders and users in to learn more about them, and guiding them to the registration and onboarding process of the external web platform currently under development. The Product will serve as a hub for three key stakeholder groups. The website will inform and engage these audiences by clearly articulating • What it is • Why it is transformative • How it functions • How to get started • About the Team Goals and Objectives The existing website and brand for the product was launched a couple years ago for a different intent. We wish to update the structure and language of the current website to a) reflect its new mission, b) provide necessary conceptual information to the key stakeholder groups, and c) support a call to action for each of the key stakeholder groups to onboard into the Product. A comprehensive list is provided in the attached document. Deliverables Full redesign and build of the website should utilize the phasing structure provided in the document, while fulfilling the list of primary goals and objectives defined. Budget We are a small organization, and our goal is to work with a developer focused on small bids or an individual freelancer. We are open to flexible proposals depending on experience and value offered.
