Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote & On-location) Employment Type: Contract Compensation: Hourly or Monthly Retainer About the Role: We are looking for a creative and highly organized YouTube Content Producer to help build and grow a dynamic real estate and construction-focused YouTube channel. You’ll work closely with the channel’s host, a seasoned architect and general contractor, to craft compelling content that documents a high-end home transformation. This is a hands-on role for someone who can script engaging content, direct on-site shoots, capture high-quality footage, and collaborate with editors to ensure polished, high-retention videos. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, producer, and videographer all in one—someone who understands the YouTube platform, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can turn a complex construction project into must-watch content. Key Responsibilities: ​•​Content Development & Scripting: Research and draft engaging scripts and video outlines that balance education, entertainment, and storytelling for an audience interested in real estate, architecture, and home renovation. ​•​Production & Direction: Be on-site at the construction project to direct, shoot, and produce high-quality video content, ensuring strong visual storytelling. ​•​Videography: Capture high-quality footage using professional equipment, including establishing shots, process shots, and interviews. ​•​Coordination & Scheduling: Plan shoot days, ensuring all elements (lighting, sound, shot lists) are prepped and ready. ​•​Post-Production Oversight: Work closely with video editors to guide the edit, provide feedback, and ensure a high-retention final product optimized for YouTube. ​•​Publishing & Optimization: Assist with writing video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails to maximize audience engagement and SEO. ​•​Trend Awareness: Stay updated on YouTube trends, construction/home renovation content, and audience engagement tactics to improve content performance.
