About CDL: Clear Digital Labs (CDL) is a modern digital marketing company & collective fueled by emerging talent and guided by experienced mentors. At the core of our model is an apprentice program that gives early-career marketers hands-on experience across real client work and internal brand building. We assemble fractional marketing pods (teams) that deliver strategic, high-impact support — without the overhead of a traditional agency. As we grow, we’re looking for a Part-Time Project Manager to keep things moving across both external projects and internal initiatives, acting as the glue between strategy, execution, and accountability. What You’ll Do: Act as the day-to-day project lead across external client work and internal marketing efforts Manage project timelines, hour allocations, deliverables, and client communication using Monday.com, Google Workspace, and GoHighLevel Coordinate with clients, team members, freelancers, and partners to keep workflows efficient and organized Help translate strategy into actionable tasks with realistic deadlines Keep the team accountable and ensure all stakeholders are in the loop Be the voice of clarity and calm when things get chaotic What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in project management (digital/creative agency or marketing team experience preferred) Solid grasp of digital tools including Go High Level, Monday.com, and Google Suite Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized Strong communicator who knows how to lead a project without micromanaging Comfortable working remotely and managing async workflows Based in the U.S. and available for team calls/collaboration during typical EST/PST working hours Details: 15–20 hours per week to start Hourly rate based on experience Fully remote with flexible schedule Opportunity to grow with us and expand responsibilities as we scale
