Looking for a Circle Community Operations Consultant We are seeking an experienced Circle Community Operations Consultant to help us enhance our current membership platform through Circle. The role will focus on setting up multiple payment tiers and optimizing the user experience flow, from initial signup to ongoing engagement. Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure multiple payment tiers within the Circle platform. Integrate Stripe payments for seamless transactions. Improve user experience flow, ensuring smooth navigation from signup to active membership engagement. Provide recommendations for UX/UI enhancements to boost user retention. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to payments or the user flow. Qualifications: Proven experience working with the Circle platform and managing memberships. Strong understanding of Stripe payment integration and management. Ability to optimize user experience with a focus on ease of use and engagement. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Previous experience with community-driven platforms is a plus.
