Virtual Assistants for Two Tech CEOs

Hey there! We’re looking for two awesome Virtual Assistants to support two tech CEOs who are diving into this for the first time. They need someone organized, reliable, and proactive—someone who can collaborate well but also work independently when needed. What You'll Be Doing: * Scheduling meetings and keeping calendars on track * Managing emails (so inboxes don’t become black holes) * Booking travel and making arrangements * Handling internal communications (meeting notes, action items, follow-ups) * Preparing documents and presentations * Conducting research as needed * Additional duties as they develop based on need and fit What You Should Know: * Both CEOs are new to having a VA, so this is a chance to build a long-term, trusted partnership. * Regular check-ins via text or email are key, plus a weekly Zoom sync to stay aligned. * Our CEO’s use a variety of tools like Hubspot, Slack, Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace for docs and spreadsheets, Gmail, instant messaging, and more. Preferred Candidates * US-based in Eastern or Central time zone * English proficiency * No agency sponsored candidates Our Process * Selected applicants will be contacted via Upwork and asked to complete a short assessment * Those who perform well on the assessment will be invited to an introductory video interview * Those who pass the introductory interview will be introduced to the hiring CEO for a 1x1 interview * Selected candidates will have access to us for their first 45 days to assist with onboarding and training, if needed If you’re excited about making things run smoothly and being part of a growing team, we’d love to hear from you!
