Funnel Wireframes Develop visual funnel flows using tools like Figma, Whimsical, or Miro to map the user journey from first contact to conversion. Ad, Email, and Graphic Design Oversight Either provide or work with our team to develop branded creatives for email, paid social, and landing pages. Landing Page and Thank You Page Development Build or manage development of clean, conversion-optimized pages using tools like Webflow, Framer, or similar builders. Post-Conversion Automation Set up and test automation workflows including tagging, segmentation, conditional triggers, and follow-up content. Conversion Tracking and Reporting Implement UTMs, conversion events, and testing logic (e.g., A/B splits), and report insights through our dashboard or in provided templates. Pages we will need: 1. Welcome Series: Purpose: Introduce new users to Canapoy, highlighting key features and guiding them on how to get started. Sequence: Welcome email upon sign-up. Follow-up with tips on navigating the platform. Highlight popular courses or features. 2. Course/Subscription Enrollment Confirmation: Purpose: Confirm successful enrollment in a course and provide essential details. Content: Course title and description. Start date and time (if applicable). Access instructions and materials. 3. Course Progress Reminders: Purpose: Encourage users to complete courses they have started. Triggers: Inactivity for a specified period. Milestone achievements within the course. 4. Office Hour/Webinar Enrollment Confirmation: Purpose: Confirm successful enrollment in an office hours/webinar and provide essential details. Content: Host title and description. Start date and time (if applicable). Access instructions and materials. 5. Feedback Requests (After user completes a course, office hours, webinar): Purpose: Congratulate the user on completion and gather user feedback on courses, office hours/webinars, and overall platform experience. Timing: After course, office hours, or webinar completion. 6. Promotional & Re-engagement Campaigns: Purpose: Inform users about special offers, re-engage inactive users, and promote new or relevant content. Content: Discounts or limited-time offers. Announcements of new courses or categories. Spotlight on popular or trending courses. Personalized messages highlighting what’s new since their last visit. Incentives to return, such as exclusive content or discounts. Potential Triggers: No logins for a specified period (e.g., 30 days).
