Key Responsibilities:    •   Develop and maintain a robust mobile and web application, ensuring smooth functionality across various devices and browsers.    •   Build and enhance the digital reward system, which allows users to earn points or virtual currency and redeem them in a sponsored online store.    •   Integrate e-commerce functionalities to handle reward redemptions, transactions, and sponsorship management.    •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, and business) to ensure the platform meets the needs of educators, non-profits, and sponsors.    •   Implement analytics and reporting features to track reward distribution, user engagement, and impact.    •   Focus on the scalability, security, and performance of the platform. Qualifications:    •   Proven experience in mobile and web application development (React, Angular, or similar frameworks).    •   Strong experience with e-commerce platforms and integrating payment systems.    •   Familiarity with building and scaling applications in a cloud-based environment.    •   Knowledge of APIs, databases, and integrating third-party services.    •   Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.    •   A passion for working on projects that have a social impact and a strong interest in education and non-profit sectors.
