I’m launching a high-energy, community-driven event in May and need a sharp, proactive marketing VA to help bring it to life. This is not just admin support—this is momentum-making work. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force helping get people in the room and keep the buzz going strong. This role is ideal for someone who’s fast, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about positivity, energy, and connection. Scope of Work: Must-Haves: Set up and manage Eventbrite listing Draft and send outreach emails (to guests, community lists, etc.) Track RSVPs and send reminders Upload flyers to local FB groups, newsletters, and Event platforms Light updates using Canva templates (optional) Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with Mailchimp or HubSpot Experience promoting in local online communities Bonus if you’re in or near St. Pete—but not required Tone + Vibe: Upbeat, warm, organized, proactive. You’ll be representing a high-energy, emotionally intelligent brand—so presence matters.
