We are seeking an experienced clinical recruiter to assist with conducting first-round interviews for clinician positions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in healthcare recruitment and a deep understanding of the skills and qualifications needed for various clinical roles. You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and providing valuable feedback to our hiring team. If you have a passion for connecting qualified healthcare professionals with opportunities, we would love to hear from you. Your day to day responsibilities will include conducting Google Meet interviews with candidates, screening candidate resumes on Indeed, and reposting job posts on Indeed. We're looking to start with 10-15 hours per week with the possibility to increase hours if you're interested.
