Enhance LearnDash Groups Plus Platform

We are seeking an experienced WordPress/ LearnDash developer with expertise in the LearnDash Groups Plus plugin and LearnDash commerce functionalities. Our current WordPress site hosts a LearnDash installation that is not our public-facing website. LearnDash is exclusively used to provide access to a limited catalog of three courses for educational institutions. All work will be completed in a staging site for approval and then redone in a live site. Currently, schools utilize the LearnDash Groups Plus plugin to: • Create and manage Classes (Teams). • Enroll individual students. • Assign courses to students within their Classes. • Monitor student progress. We are looking to expand the capabilities of our LearnDash platform with the following additions: • Dashboard Clean-up: General visual improvements and streamlining of the LearnDash dashboards for all user roles. (Estimated Budget: 4 hours) • Individual Course Purchases: Integrate a payment gateway to allow individuals (e.g., parents) outside of our partner schools to purchase access to individual courses directly through the LearnDash platform. (Please provide an estimated number of hours for this task.) • Coupon Functionality: Implement a system for creating and redeeming coupons to provide free access to specific courses for prospective buyers. Also, use the coupon feature so that school orgs can provide those to parents once purchased. (Please provide an estimated number of hours for this task.) • Reporting Extracts: Currently assessments and knowledge checks using LearnDash Quizzes are embedded in the courses but access to the raw data by Group/Org is limited to code. We need to extract that data in regular intervals. (Please provide an estimated number of hours for this task.) We may also consider: • Groups Plus Reporting for Group Leaders: Implement reporting features within LearnDash Groups Plus that will allow Group Leaders (school administrators/teachers) to easily view and export relevant data on their students' progress and enrollment within their assigned Groups. (Please provide an estimated number of hours for this task.) • Bulk Student Upload via CSV: Develop a functionality that enables administrators to upload student information in bulk to specific Groups using a CSV file format. (Please provide an estimated number of hours for this task.) Required Skills and Experience: • Proven experience working with LearnDash Groups Plus plugin. • Strong understanding of LearnDash commerce features and integration with payment gateways. • Understanding of quiz data storage. • Proficiency in WordPress development. • Ability to provide accurate time estimates for development tasks. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
