We are actively seeking qualified candidates to join our team to assist with Architectural Shop Drawing Review and Approvals for commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Review and approve architectural shop drawings, submittals, and samples for compliance with project specifications, construction documents, and applicable codes. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate reviews. Utilize Bluebeam Revu for all markups, document management, and workflow processes. Maintain detailed records of review comments and approval statuses. Proactively identify discrepancies, omissions, and potential construction issues during the review process. Support project teams in clarifying and resolving submittal issues. Ensure submittal reviews are completed in accordance with project schedules. Qualifications: Prior experience in architectural shop drawing review, ideally within commercial construction sectors (hospitality, healthcare, office, retail, etc.). Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu (required). Strong knowledge of architectural details, building codes, construction practices, and materials. Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience considered. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
