Girl Flip Construction is flipping the script on how remodels get done—by caring just as much about our clients' emotional well-being as we do about their tile choices. We’re looking to bring on a Construction Wellness Coach (independent contractor) to support clients who are overwhelmed, stressed out, or just totally maxed from the chaos of construction. This is a contracted position—perfect for someone who wants flexibility and purpose, and who thrives in a supportive, people-first role. Who You Are: A certified Life Coach, Wellness Coach, Counselor, or Therapist (or have related credentials) Familiar with the construction or remodeling process—you understand the rollercoaster A calming presence and great listener Able to offer real tools for managing stress, anxiety, and burnout Based in LA (or nearby), with the ability to do some in-person and virtual support What You’ll Do: Provide wellness support and coaching throughout the construction journey Help clients stay grounded during delays, decision fatigue, or scope creep Offer check-ins and stress-relief strategies tailored to each client Collaborate with our project managers to ensure smooth communication and care Contract Details: Part-time / flexible hours Pay structure based on per-client packages or weekly hours You’ll work independently, but be deeply connected to our mission and team To Apply: Email with your resume, certifications, and a short note on why you’re the right person for this one-of-a-kind role.
