We’re a fast-growing marketing agency serving Home Services and B2B clients across North America and Western Europe. Our team is fully remote, with core working hours in Central European and Eastern US time zones. We’re looking for a proactive, responsive, and resourceful tech support contractor to jump in as-needed to help solve internal and client-facing technical issues. You won’t be writing code, but you’ll need to be smart, self-directed, and comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools to get things working—fast. ⸻ ✅ What You’ll Do This is an on-call, freelance role—some weeks may be quiet, others more active depending on need. You’ll be our go-to tech utility player. Typical tasks may include: • Troubleshooting user issues (logins, access, tools not working) • Setting up or updating tools (e.g. a new phone system or CRM flow) • Recommending the right software solution for a business need • Supporting client onboarding from a tech perspective • Helping with light process automation or integrations (e.g. via Zapier or native tools) • Answering “Can you just take a look at this?” questions and figuring it out ⸻
