Description: We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team and help us stay on top of our financials using QuickBooks. Our ideal candidate is someone who can not only maintain accurate records but also review past entries and ensure everything is organized and aligned with best practices. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks Online • Reconcile bank and credit card statements • Categorize and track expenses, income, and liabilities • Generate monthly financial reports • Review historical entries and help optimize our chart of accounts • Work closely with our team to ensure accurate financial tracking Qualifications: • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online • Strong understanding of GAAP and bookkeeping best practices • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to identify discrepancies and streamline processes • Strong communication and responsiveness • Experience working with small businesses or startups preferred Additional Details: This is a part-time, ongoing role with flexible hours.
