I'm looking for an experienced full-stack developer to help build an MVP for a digital tipping platform that allows customers to easily tip service staff via QR code and Stripe Checkout — with a rewarding, social twist. This is a mobile-first web app (not a native app) with Stripe Connect (Express) as the core infrastructure for payments and payouts. What You’ll Be Building: QR Code Tip Flow: Customer scans QR → lands on a tip screen → pays via Stripe Checkout Stripe Connect Integration: Bartenders are onboarded as connected accounts Tips go to their account, and Tipp’d takes a small platform fee (configurable) Tipper Confirmation Page: Show message, reward points, optional comment feature Bartender Dashboard: View tips received, comments, and earnings (basic UI) Admin Dashboard (Internal Only): View tip volume by user/bar, reward point tracking, basic user management Backend Setup: Handle payments, store tip history, user profiles, and point totals Stripe Webhooks must be handled securely By applying to this job, you agree to treat all project details, materials, and intellectual property as confidential.
