Help! Tried several times to remedy Google Merchant Center issue with no luck.

Have tried using two Upworks 'experts' with no luck. Continue to get the following error message from GMC when attempting to set up a Google Search Ad; "Misrepresentation Based on the information available about your business, there is reason to believe that customers are being misled on Google. Review the Misrepresentation policy and make changes to your Merchant Center and/or online store." I need someone who can accurately diagnose the problem, and/or get in touch with GMC and determine what exactly needs to be fixed on my Shopify store and make the corrections, as well as set up my GMC Search Ad.
