Dear Ash, Being a licensed lawyer, an assuming you are versed in New York United States laws, are you able to represent a client, via zoom, in a New York court of law? If so, great and if not, then you can possibly assist writing legal docs required on some legal situations I have listed in brief below. Another question, are you able to review these cases on the actual court’s websites given my credentials & the court's? Projects For Consideration 1) A reinstatement of an Appeal, for a case that was dismissed because of protocols not being met within appellate court policies AND we were only notified AFTER the time window to correct had elapsed. 2) A case involving our constitutional and civil rights being violated during an unlawful auction of our home, where a Judge in Nassau County Supreme court made an illegal decision to allow our home in a different (Suffolk) county to be auctioned to the adversaries (ex-client and his divorce lawyer wife, ) who manipulated the laws to their own vested interest, by also stating on the sherif's REAL PROPERTY CERTIFICATION that requires being filled out prior to any auction, that we were NOT Homestead Exempt, when indeed my wife and I, were at the time, and still are entitled to the Homestead Exemption Act. They processed this during the height of the pandemic and auctioned our home to themselves for $5,000. The adversaries in this case committed grand larceny and got the courts, I believe through being compromised and/or biased to go along with them. We went through five (5) judges to date concerning this, as the first 3 recused themselves. The first judge who made the illegal decision, then the following two; stating under rules for recusal they did not want to embarrass the system they worked for, along with not implicating the sitting 1st judge whom made an improper decision. The 4th judge was removed by an administrative judge, who said we had no right to contest this and the house belongs to the adversaries. I believe, he too, was just trying to protect the system he worked for no matter how much it destroyed my family! When we went to the appeals court, we had certain documents that were not proper for one reason or another being pro-se, and we were not informed until it passed the 30 window for implementing an appeal and this is why we are trying to reinstate…. 3); A unmerited contempt charge from the same adversaries listed above in the same court.. 4) A case of wrongful foreclosure process for our 2nd home, where Mortgage Servicer used Unethical Methods to Achieve Foreclosure Status.. Out of the 13 + servicers 4-6 of them did not have power of attorney and the original note was never shown only spoken of being seen by the last attorney but never presented.. They also violated certain lending laws in which we have an ongoing federal case against them which we could use some help on. .Again, you would require being versed in New York U.S. Laws Look forward in hearing from you ..James J.
