Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated, professional, and upbeat Sales Representative to help sell our 8-week Manager Training Program. This program is designed for new and emerging leaders in start-ups, mid-size companies, and growing organizations. Our clients are primarily HR and People Ops teams looking to develop their leadership talent. About the Program: * Duration: 8 weeks * Content: 70+ learning videos (10-20 minutes per week), 60+ page manager workbooks, and 8 1-hour group coaching sessions. * Cost: $1,200 per participant with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants per cohort. * Target Audience: New and emerging leaders at start-ups and growing companies, primarily within HR and People Operations. Commission & Bonuses: * 10% Commission on the first two sales made in a quarter. * 15% Commission on any sales beyond the first two in a quarter. * Quarterly Bonuses: Available for sales over $20,000 * Guaranteed minimum commission of $500 for meeting the target of at least four participants in a cohort at $1,200 per participant Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target companies in HR, People Ops, or related fields that are likely to benefit from our manager training program. * Reach out to potential clients, engage in professional sales conversations, and build relationships with decision-makers. * Promote the value of our 8-week program and tailor your pitch to the needs of each prospect. * Successfully close sales, ensuring each cohort reaches the minimum number of participants (4). * Track sales performance and meet/exceed sales targets. Ideal Candidate: * A love of sales and a proven track record in closing deals. * Professional, upbeat, and personable with excellent communication skills. * Ideally, someone with experience in the training and development space, especially within HR and People Ops. * Comfortable working remotely and independently with a focus on results. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing leads and tracking sales.
