AI Developer Needed for Startup, Equity Opportunity!

I am 18 and currently a one man show, I have a project that I believe can be big. I know that its thrown around a lot but my vision and market I am trying to tackle is something that can have the potential to be game changing to the Real Estate Industry. Things are getting innovated with the use of AI. Some markets are not yet being adapted and changed or they are to egotistical to be changed. With the startup that I am trying to create I am looking for a developer/individual that knows a decent level of code. I am not asking for someone to build my startup but looking for someone who is willing to grow and create something great together. Someone who I can share my vision with and they can help expand it or narrow it down. I want to be able to help with whatever I can, with the knowledge I currently have and that is forever ongoing. This would not be something that would not be fulltime and I can't pay just yet, but this would be just a side gig until funding. Already had investors who were interested but wanted and MVP before anything. I am willing to currently offer 50/50 equity until further things down the line but equity would always be equal to mine. I am not technical but whomever is willing to take on a project would be the CTO. I am currently trying to build and MVP with the GPT API and need someone who can help walk things through/understand to make it correct. I would love to see whom is out there and is willing to make a change to a massive market! Reach out and we can chat about the startup.
