Author Assistant for Order Management

We are seeking a diligent and organized Author Assistant to help manage the logistics of receiving and shipping book orders. This role involves storing a box of books and shipping materials, tracking incoming orders, preparing shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. If you have experience in order management and are passionate about supporting authors, we would love to hear from you!
