Legal Services - SoCal Renewable Developer (Contracts, Tax Credit)
We are a rapidly growing renewable energy developer based here in Southern California. We have a strong backing from a major PV manufacturer with an extensive global footprint, including four factories worldwide and a significant annual production capacity exceeding 4 GW. Our focus is on developing and monetizing Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and residential solar energy projects with a strong local presence and pipeline. As we continue to expand our operations in the local market, we are seeking to establish relationships with experienced local law firms to support our legal needs. We anticipate requiring assistance with a range of standard agreements, including: Form Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Form Energy Service Agreements (ESAs) Lease Agreements Other related commercial and real estate contracts Tax Credit Transfer Negotiation We currently have multiple contracts with local businesses and residents that are ready to be signed, and we anticipate a consistent pipeline of new projects moving forward, including those that will involve the negotiation of tax credit transfers.
