Job Title: Part-Time Content Editor Location: Remote Schedule: Flexible / Part-Time Industry: (Primarily) Mental Health & Addiction Treatment We're hiring a part-time editor to help us maintain accuracy, clarity, and consistency across our resource articles and branded service pages. If you're fluent in English, have a sharp eye for detail, and are well-versed in APA style, we want to hear from you. You'll play a critical role in ensuring that everything we publish is grammatically sound, factually accurate, and aligned with our brand voice and service offerings. What You’ll Do: Edit 3–5 pieces per day or per week (volume may vary) Review and polish content for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and tone Ensure APA formatting is followed where applicable Fact-check claims, statistics, and references Verify consistency and accuracy of branded service descriptions Work collaboratively with writers and strategists to uphold content quality What We’re Looking For: Strong editing and proofreading skills Familiarity with APA citation style Experience in or understanding of the mental health/addiction treatment space Ability to fact-check content using reliable, up-to-date sources Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented Native or fluent-level English proficiency Nice to Have: Background in psychology, counseling, or health writing Experience editing for healthcare or behavioral health organizations Familiarity with SEO and digital content standards
