Hello, My name is Isabella, and I am the CEO of The Masucci Method. I am looking for an assistant who is interested in growing with the company to become a full ghostwriter. As an assistant, you will learn the Masucci Method. You will begin by transforming client meetings recordings into documents. You will also do comprehensive research on the books and create outlines for each chapter of a book. You will learn how to do style guides and the process for how to write in the client's voice. I am looking for ten hours to twenty hours a week for the next year. After six to twelve months, I am looking for someone to grow into a full ghostwriter. You need to have a passion for research, creative writing, be detail oriented, and have a real work ethic. You will be responsible for communicating effectively and meeting strict deadlines.
