Responsibilities: * Receive Assignment: Get instructions on the specific product to be tested and the designated online retailer. * Purchase Product: * We will fund an Upwork milestone to cover the exact cost of the product (including taxes/shipping, if applicable) before you purchase it. * Use these funds to order the specified product online. * Provide proof of purchase (e.g., digital receipt) via Upwork message. * Test Product: Use the product as directed for a predetermined evaluation period. * Provide Feedback: Document your experience in detail, focusing on: * Product features and functionality * Ease of use and user experience * Build quality and materials * Overall satisfaction * Suggestions for improvement * Submit Report: Deliver a comprehensive written report summarizing your findings via Upwork. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Excellent attention to detail and observational skills. * Strong written communication skills (English) to articulate feedback clearly and concisely. * Ability to provide honest, objective, and constructive criticism. * Reliable and able to follow instructions accurately and meet deadlines. * Comfortable making online purchases and documenting the process. * Access to the internet and ability to receive product shipments. * No prior product testing experience is necessary.
