Currently, we are offering an exceptional opportunity for a role as a REGISTERED Project Architect or Project Manager (depending on your skill set) with knowledge of Healthcare and Commercial (Office Buildings, small retail, parking garages ect..) who can lead a team in developing artful and detailed sets of construction documents. The work will range from programming to conceptual design concepts, to design; and lastly construction administration – if necessary. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to sign a long-term or project-specific service-contracts that will allow you to develop and enhance their career paths as long as it benefits both parties mutually. We are partners. Requirements: REGISTERED ARCHITECT IN FLORIDA EXPERT KNOWLEDGE OF REVIT AND ACC(BIM360. You MUST provide your own license to Autodesk produces as part of your service offering. EXPERIENCE working with BLUEBEAM. Fluent and professional command of both written and verbal English language Experience developing Healthcare, commercial, education & retail projects. Engage and coordinate all aspects of construction drawings design with respective engineers. Sign& Seal permit dwgs ( DIGITAL SIGNATURES) if needed. Additional considerations: Knowledge of AHCA and FGI healthcare guidelines. Experience in Interior design development and application through Presentation as well as dwgs Software knowledge: Revit 2023 and above | Bluebeam | Autocad 2018 & above | Sketchup 2023 & above | Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator BONUS: Rendering software such as 3D max, Rhino, Lumion ect… BONUS: Florida Licensure | or willingness to establish FL Licensure if licensed in other state. Upon selection, the candidates will be given unique DMZ emails, granting them access to our cloud network, project management software which will enable seamless communication with both engineers and clients. It is important to note that team members will represent our firm in all communication and presentations in connection wth our related work.
