We are a small real estate development company (mostly new construction multi-family buildings between 20-50 units) in Chicago and are seeking an individual to develop real estate development models that will assist in decision-making and project evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family real estate finance underwriting for middle market deals. The models will need to include cash flows, rent rolls, budgets and return analysis.
