We’re a small consulting and tech solutions firm seeking an experienced government (Federal, State, and Local) contracts attorney for long-term, periodic support. Key Areas of Support: 1. Drafting/reviewing partnership and teaming agreements with large primes 2. Legal guidance on direct contracts with federal, state, and local agencies 3. Support for go-to-market and compliance questions 4. Advising on IP rights for tech solutions and software 5. Ensuring alignment with FAR, DFARS, and applicable regulations Requirements: 1. Licensed U.S. attorney with government contract experience 2. Familiarity with small business programs (WOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, etc.) 3. Strong understanding of IP law in the public sector 4.
